I had phone screens with two people. First was a recruiter, and the second person worked there for a bit. He was nice, but I don't think my experience was the right fit.

So there were 6 interviews, which is crazy because most of the questions were the same. It seems like a waste of time for the interviewee to have to talk to everyone separately for over 2 hours, plus an hour with the recruiter and hiring manager. Why not just have a panel interview? The interviewers seemed to be just asking questions they were told to ask, and weren't really able to ask follow-up questions to gauge my actual knowledge or how much experience I could bring to the field.

I was first contacted via phone and had a phone interview approximately 30 minutes with the HR Manager. During the conversation the HR Manager mentioned she had previously interviewed with me at my previous employer and reminded me how she was not offered the position. The interview continued and she invited me to an in-person interview. Once I arrived to the in-person interview, I realized it was a panel interview with three other managers. It was going good til the same HR Manager once again mentioned how she had previously interviewed with me with my previous employer but was not offered the position. Didn't get the job nor a rejection email, just complete silence. I feel she had me there as a revenge plot. Very unprofessional!!

I got contacted on linkedin about an open role in their warehouse. The recruiter told me about the company, the role and the mission. I then had a video interview with the leaders of maintenance and the new warehouse. Unfortunately, personal circumstances changed and I couldn't continue with the process. The team was respectful, helpful, and honest, and I always knew what the next steps were. Thanks Misfits Market for the opportunity. I'd love to work for you again.
