It took a while over 3 months. First was an email, then a phone call interview. After that, I had an in person interview with the director and admin. Then a second in person interview with two admins and the doctor. Then drug tests/fingerprints. Finally, mandatory classes before starting.

I applied online and got a call the next day to set up an appointment. I went in and met with the HR manager. The questions were pretty direct, mostly about personality. After a few questions, she said if I didn't hear back within a week, someone else would get the job.

I applied online and got a call from HR about a week later to set up an in-person interview at their office. Then, they contacted me again to come to the actual workplace for an interview with the manager. It was a pretty standard, relaxed interview. Since this was my first CNA job, I was a bit anxious, but the questions seemed focused on my personality and if I had the caring and compassionate nature needed for this role. They also gave me plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions and understand the expectations.

It was a good experience overall. Although there were multiple interviews, they were very helpful in guiding me through the process and keeping me informed of decisions promptly. I had plenty of chances to ask questions to both management and staff. I also got to see how the organization works to get a full understanding of my job responsibilities and the organization's goals.
