There were a lot of interview rounds (screener, hiring manager, two peer interviews, sales manager, etc), and it ended with a generic rejection email with no feedback. The feedback during each round was really positive, but it ultimately didn't lead to an offer.

I really enjoyed the interview process, i spoke to multiple people, including my hiring manager and others, as well as a final panel interview. Everyone was really nice to talk to, with no hidden agenda and clear expectations.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied for the role through an internal referral. First, I had a 30-minute screener with the hiring manager. After that went well, they scheduled a call with the department director. I did great on that call and then proceeded to a 2-hour panel interview and a demo. I put a lot of effort into preparing and my demo went really well – the people watching even said so. I got really good feedback and they said I'd hear back soon. Then, they ghosted me and I haven't heard anything, not even after I emailed the hiring manager twice. It was a total waste of my time, and the fact they can't even send a simple "Thanks but we picked someone else" shows what kind of organization this is.
