The recruitment process was quite seamless and the recruiter kept me updated throughout. It was a really positive experience because the recruiter was so attentive. You get follow-up and prep calls for every stage, which was great. The interview structure is pretty standard for big tech companies: a live coding interview focusing on algorithms, data structures, and their analysis, followed by a practical coding session using React.js, then a system design interview, and finally, a couple of behavioral interviews. For the coding sections, I'd suggest practicing medium Leetcode problems. For the behavioral interviews, it's helpful to have a few 'tell me about a time when you...' stories ready beforehand to avoid having to think of them on the spot.

The whole process involved several interviews, like live coding challenges, a technical interview, system design, and culture fit/soft skills assessments. It started with a call from a Miro recruiter. The first interview was scheduled after I got a Miro board detailing the entire process. Before getting the offer, I met the team and visited their office.

Started with a recruiter screen, which was great; they were super patient and informative, making me feel like it's a good place to work. Then there was a coding round, pretty straightforward, and the interviewers were helpful when I got stuck. The design round, though, was rough. The interviewer seemed to misunderstand me and was really pushy about their own ideas, not letting me explain. It felt very rigid for a broad topic.
