The interviews are usually about 45 minutes long. If the interviewer runs late, you'll barely have time to answer their questions. It took the recruiting team over two weeks to respond after the initial call, followed by another two weeks of silence. Eventually, I got an email listing six people I would meet in separate calls, along with the topics they planned to discuss. After finishing these interviews, I had a call with the hiring manager (who had already interviewed me) a week later. They presented some use cases that were unclear and difficult to understand their expectations from. The hiring manager also didn't seem very engaged. A week after that, I received a rejection email. The entire process spanned two months.

I found the interview process to be one of the best I've experienced, though definitely challenging. It was highly personalized and managed entirely by the hiring manager. The process began with a 30-minute hiring manager screen, followed by a 4-hour case study or take-home assignment. Then, there was a 30-minute presentation of the case study, an onsite interview, and finally an executive interview. Throughout each stage, the team focused on asking relevant questions for the role and the company, which gave me a good understanding of the job and always allowed time for my questions. After extending the offer, the hiring manager and executive offered to connect me with their references and set up additional calls to address any further questions I had.

This was one of the best interview processes I've been through. It's pretty long, but they let you know what to expect upfront. The recruiter was great - super responsive, nice, and respectful. Everyone I met with was on time, really prepared, and paid attention the whole time.
