Engineering Manager
The interview process was really long, taking about 2 months. It was super confusing because after every interview, they'd email me saying I did well and wanted to move forward. But then, right before the final round with an executive, they called to cancel it and end the process, saying my technical skills weren't good enough. This completely contradicts the feedback they gave me earlier. If my skills weren't up to par, why continue and tell me I did good? It was a very strange and a waste of time experience.

Software Engineering Manager
My job search began in early January. A recruiter reached out, and I had my first interview with the hiring manager. It was a tough but good discussion, and I felt I performed well. The hiring manager mentioned the recruiter would follow up within a few days. However, nearly two weeks passed with no contact. I suspect they halted hiring. I considered messaging the recruiter on LinkedIn, but discovered Miro had already made his role redundant, likely meaning he had more pressing matters than updating me. I had also asked the hiring manager about Miro's business outlook for 2023 and 2024, and if any hiring slowdowns, freezes, or layoffs were expected. I was assured that none of those were planned. Yet, 1.5 weeks later, over 100 roles were eliminated. This suggests poor alignment or a lack of transparency, both of which are problematic. Be cautious, candidates!
