First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Miratech.
PHP Developer
The interview had 3 rounds. First was an HR screening, which was pretty straightforward, just asking for a basic introduction. Then there was a technical interview on the flocareer platform. I thought I did well, but got a negative result, not sure why. They asked about my experience. The recruiter's voice was unclear. They also asked a coding question which I executed correctly. Felt ghosted at the end.

Python SQL Developer
The whole process took about 20 days and included 3 tech rounds plus 2 manager interviews. It started with an HR round that had some technical elements. Then came a round focused on DSA and SQL. After that, a manager interviewed me about my projects. A client then interviewed me about my projects too. The final round was a client tech round, which was DSA-based. Be ready for follow-up questions. Seriously, don't even think about using AI tools to cheat; you'll be rejected immediately if they suspect anything.
- Questions about Python Basics.
- Questions like Leetcode medium problems concerning strings, stacks, and similar data structures.
- SQL questions covering select queries.
Recruiter
My profile was shortlisted, and I went through L1 and L2 interviews. Then, an L3 interview was scheduled with the US recruitment head. However, the panel members didn't join the call, and they asked to reschedule. A new slot was given for the reschedule. It was apparent that this was just a formality. I got information from the Chennai HR that my profile was a top priority and to submit documents for BGV, giving me hope that I was shortlisted. Then, they mentioned it was a junior-level position and asked if I was okay to start as an intern for the first 3 months, to which I agreed. After that, they said they had hired another ex-employee for that role from Ukraine. They didn't follow a proper interview process or system. They gave false updates and made me wait.
- Could you discuss general questions related to IT recruitment and methods for sourcing and screening candidates?
Project Manager
I got a message on Linked In and chatted with someone really great. After a few interviews and chats, I got to the technical interview, which was a bit weird because the interviewers seemed kind of arrogant. But, I heard good things back and a 4th call was set up. The first thing that happened was they told me the VP was sick and it needed to be rescheduled. Then, just a few hours before the interview, they told me I didn't get the job based on the feedback from the person before me (which apparently wasn't as good as I was told). The HR team was awesome, but honestly, I feel like I wasted hours and effort on this whole process. Overall, it was a bad experience. It felt like they messed with my time and my genuine interest in the company.
- What is your previous experience?
- Discuss general project management cases and questions.
