I was contacted by a recruiter, Osvaldo, who was quite unprofessional and disorganized. It took about a week to schedule the interview because he wasn't responsive. He didn't send the meeting link, but I prepared and showed up at the scheduled times twice, with no response. I ended up contacting the operations manager to move forward. I did the interview, but I wasn't really interested anymore due to the poor handling from the start. They said they'd contact me again, but I'm still waiting, which I find disrespectful. The interview itself felt generic and impersonal, and the interviewer seemed uninterested.

I applied for the role through their website, submitting my CV and a cover letter. A few hours later, they reached out to schedule an interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was primarily focused on my skills and my problem-solving approach for lab-related challenges.

The process lasted for 3 weeks and they kept me very informed about everything. It was always transparent and they did what they said they would. They were helpful and explained the whole process, what they were offering, and the development. I was also informed about the background check and received an offer.

Me contactaron por mail para una entrevista al día siguiente. Tuve un primer contacto con alguien de RRHH, pero se le cortó internet 3 veces, lo que dificultó la fluidez de la conversación. El miércoles me dijo que el viernes me informaría los pasos a seguir. Al no tener noticias, le escribí el martes siguiente, y me respondió "agradecería mi paciencia porque no habíamos terminado la primera etapa". Esperé dos semanas más, volví a contactarlos y, después de 10 días, no respondieron mi mail. Me sorprende la poca profesionalidad de mucha gente, ya que un email no toma más de 5 minutos.
