First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mirador (CT).
Financial Reporting Analyst
I had 3 interviews. First with the office manager, then with a member of the reporting team, and finally with the head of reporting. The first and last interviews were more like culture tests, and the second interview was technical.
- Can you describe how you manage working on your own?
Performance Reporting Manager
I had an initial phone call with the HR/Hiring Manager. It was great that compensation was discussed before the interviews started. While it was clear from my expectations versus the job posting that there might be a significant difference, I still received an email with feedback instead of silence.
- Can you share your leadership experience?
Analyst
The interview process had a few stages. It started with a phone call, and then I had a call with someone in the role, who seemed quite young, maybe around 22 or 23. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past that stage.
- Can you discuss your internship experiences?
- Tell me about your relevant coursework from college.
Sales Representative
first intro call with HR then two rounds of interviews with team members, first interview was more informational and the following was more challenging interview questions, i felt like the second round was more on me to direct the conversation
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your interest in our company?
