They did a phone screen and a technical phone interview, then an in-person behavioral interview. They extended a verbal offer, but it was subject to a final formal interview with a client. The company president called me to say he was excited. However, when my resume went to the client, they had concerns about my fit. Miracle Systems then decided not to proceed with the final interview. I was bummed, but it probably worked out for the best. The people I met seemed great and the company felt like a good fit, but I'd be uneasy on a services contract where the client has direct hiring/firing power over specific team members.
