The hiring team seemed prepared, but the interview focused on different topics than I anticipated, as they didn't ask about my potential contributions or my strongest/weakest work-related skills.

The hiring process at Minth Group was very disorganized. The managers here don't seem to know how to assess candidates. They kept changing the roles I was interviewing for, leaving me confused for weeks. After I drove 3 hours for an onsite interview in East Tawas, the manager didn't ask me any technical questions about the job or my experience. It was the HR person who asked the technical questions. The manager was 20 minutes late and didn't even know he was supposed to interview me. Honestly, their process and attitude don't make it seem worth working there. It feels like there are no systems in place, and it would be a nightmare to work there. I feel like I wasted my time, energy, and money.
