First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MINTH.
Automation Engineer
The interview process was really smooth and efficient, like they had it all figured out. The person interviewing me was super nice, professional, and easy to talk to, which made the whole thing a great experience. They made sure to explain the job clearly and answered all my questions, so I felt comfortable and like they really cared.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What are your core personal values?
Product Development Engineer
I had a video chat with my future manager, the site director, and the R&D Global director. It was about an hour long, and they asked relevant questions. They were really open about the company and what they're aiming for. The recruiter was in touch via WhatsApp the whole time.
- Can you explain our products?
- Tell me about a past technical difficulty and how you overcame it.
HR Recruiter
the interview went very smoothly and the staff were very professional and informative. It lasted about 20-25 minutes. The hiring team seemed prepared, but the interview focused on different topics than I anticipated, as they didn't ask about my potential contributions or my strongest/weakest work-related skills.
- Could you tell me about your hobbies?
- What projects are you working on right now?
- What are your current job skills?
Quality Engineer
The hiring process at Minth Group was very disorganized. The managers here don't seem to know how to assess candidates. They kept changing the roles I was interviewing for, leaving me confused for weeks. After I drove 3 hours for an onsite interview in East Tawas, the manager didn't ask me any technical questions about the job or my experience. It was the HR person who asked the technical questions. The manager was 20 minutes late and didn't even know he was supposed to interview me. Honestly, their process and attitude don't make it seem worth working there. It feels like there are no systems in place, and it would be a nightmare to work there. I feel like I wasted my time, energy, and money.
- I wish they had asked me some challenging questions. Not a single one was asked.
