CRM and Insights Manager
Had calls with HR to get started and then with the direct team, and after that, interviews with stakeholders from different departments. Pretty much like other roles I've applied for in sports and entertainment before.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What makes you interested in this particular position?
Editorial Associate
Everyone was nice and professional during the interview process, which took about three to four weeks to get a final decision. Most questions were about my ability to collaborate and work as part of a team in the industry.
- In what ways have your previous experiences fostered your development as a writer?
Game Day
After applying, I had a phone chat with department leaders. The questions were pretty standard, and the whole vibe was chill. They asked about my previous jobs and what made me a good fit. They also wanted to gauge my knowledge of the Vikings and my comfort level with sports. It all felt relevant to the Game Day role.
- Are you flexible and willing to take on various responsibilities?
- What makes you qualified for this role?
- How familiar are you with the Vikings organization?
Leadership Rotational Program
So there were a few rounds. First, an HR person came to my school and interviewed some of us face-to-face. About two weeks later, that same HR person called to say I was moving on to the next stage. This next part was a Skype interview with someone from each department. The day before, I had to send them a PowerPoint presentation about myself, which took about 30-45 minutes.
- What do you hope to gain from this program?
