It starts cold and impersonal with an audio interview where you are given 30 seconds to think about the written questions, and then 1 minute to supply your answers - and are allowed two attempts per question. Quite and necessarily stressful. It's not a great way to build trust and community with potential employees. There were multiple misspellings in the written prompts.

The interview process was very straightforward, they ask you real life questions. It's a great process, no trick questions either. Just come prepared and you will do great. The interview was through the computer for the first round which feels a little off but it was still fine.

First, I had a phone screen with HR where they asked about my class schedule because I was finishing my last semester, and why I wanted to work with the Twins. About a week later, I got a call to set up an in-person interview at Target Field. Three managers from different parts of the Ticket Sales and Services department interviewed me. They were all really easy to talk to. After that, each department told HR who they wanted to offer the internship to, and then HR called the chosen candidates.

The first step was this audio recording interview. There were 6 questions, and I had 2 tries to answer each one. I got around 15 seconds to prepare before the recording started. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't tell me if I made it to the next round, so don't be shocked if you don't hear back.
