Assistant Professor
The interview process started with an initial phone call to narrow down candidates. Following that, I was invited to the campus for an in-person interview and a teaching demonstration. During the campus visit, I met with the dean and the provost. The overall process was quite standard, though the actual interview with the committee was challenging. The other parts were mostly just formalities.
- Could you describe your teaching philosophy?
Peer Advisor
I got recommended and then I went in for the interview. It was a one on one and lasted about 10 to 20 minutes. About 3 days after the interview, I got an email saying I got the job.
