The interview was super professional, and they made me feel really comfortable the whole time. The questions were pretty standard interview stuff, nothing too crazy. The people there seemed to know their stuff and asked good, relevant questions about the job.

I got an email for an interview, and then set up a zoom interview with the library admin & circ manager. It was fairly easy with behavioral questions. Then they invited me for an in-person interview for a tour. I had to pay to drive there (bad idea in hindsight), find my own lodgings, etc. Then they offered me the job after a few days.
