The whole experience was straightforward and pleasant, from setting up the interview to getting the offer and starting. They were professional and friendly. I really liked their mission and how they approach ABA services as a team.

My friend sent me the job description, so I emailed my resume and a cover letter. I got an email asking me to come in for an interview, which was pretty far away. I got to pick my own date and time. When I got there, it was a letdown. An HR person just read questions from a list and only wrote down two words for my answers. I didn't feel like I got to show what I could do. The place looked nice, but the front office staff weren't very friendly.

The interview process was pretty standard and wrapped up in about a week and a half. Everything went smoothly, and they answered all my questions. The interviewer seemed really knowledgeable about their work with children and gave me the impression that she genuinely cared. Even though I was nervous, she made me feel comfortable and was really nice. She said I'd get an offer a week later, and I did. It was a good offer, considering my skills, so I can't complain.

I had a short interview with HR, then a tour of the facility and met the children. They mostly told me about the organization and didn't ask me many questions. Then, for a second interview, I met with the CEO and clinical supervisor.
