The interview process was really straightforward, and the people coordinating it were super helpful and quick to respond. The recruiter knew a lot about the company and shared it, but didn't prepare me for the next interviews, just gave me dates/times. This made the next level harder. In the next interview, the job description wasn't as important as the content management project. Another interview for culture fit focused on corporate values. Even with my experience, they didn't ask much about it, so I had to bring it up myself. It felt like a 'diversity interview' where they were just going through the motions and looking for problems.

It was a typical interview process for a tech writing role. The Senior Tech Writer who interviewed me was very knowledgeable, which contributed to a positive experience. My main advice would be to inquire about potential additional responsibilities, as it's a smaller company and you might end up taking on more tasks than initially expected. Also, regarding a previous comment, the assertion that this company is one to avoid and changed its name is false; that individual likely didn't meet the job requirements. Mineral was formed by merging ThinkHR and Mammoth, combining their best offerings into a new platform. Despite some growing pains, they are headed in the right direction given the scope of work.
