A recruiter reached out and recommended me for this position. The interview process had three parts: two team interviews and a final face-to-face interview in Germany. The questions felt relevant and aimed to gauge my fit for the role and my potential for growth within the company. This process gave me a good impression of the company.

We had scheduled an interview, but the HR person forgot to send the link. On the second attempt, the interview went well, but it turned out they are actually looking for a Team Lead QA, even though they posted a Sr. QA position. I still haven't received any feedback after the interview, even after a month. They also require coming to the office, which is quite far from the city center, three times a week.

It was a quick and practical process. The professionals were attentive and the dynamics were easy to understand. I went through two stages, the first with an HR analyst and the second with the coordinators. The first was more of a conversation for the recruiter to get to know me personally and professionally. And in the second, we talked more about my experiences.

First, there was a 30-45 minute sit-down with the supervisor. They asked typical situational questions and went over my resume, including asking about my strengths and weaknesses. Many questions were about situations, how to address issues and overcome problems. After meeting with the supervisor for the department I was interviewing for, I met with the HR representative. We discussed job expectations, salary, and benefits. They don't usually decide right away but discuss as a group who would be the best fit. I heard back within 2 weeks, though for skilled labor/engineering/management positions it can take longer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Give an instance where you were misunderstood, how you corrected the situation and the end result.
