First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at mindWireless.
Telecom Analyst
The whole process took 5 weeks. I passed through 4 interviews (1 with HR, 1 with the head of the department, 1 with the head + coworker, 1 with CEO). Then an online logic test and they asked for some references from my previous jobs, they emailed my previous leaders asking about me.
- Can you tell me about a time you were unsure how to proceed with a task and what steps you took to complete it?
- Can you explain your previous positions as part of the background check?
- What is the reason for your departure from your current role?
Manager
I learned about the job from a friend who knew someone at mindWireless. I then saw the job posting on LinkedIn and applied by sending my resume to the recruiter. They reached out for an interview about a week later, and I got the offer around 1.5 weeks after that. I started the job after giving my two weeks notice at my previous company, which was also in the wireless industry.
- Could you share some examples of how you've shown leadership in your previous positions?
Analyst
It was a pretty typical interview process for my second job out of college. The interview with mindWireless went as expected. After scheduling through a recruiter, I came into the office for interviews. I had a second interview at the office and got an offer about two weeks later. The process also included a background check (criminal, credit) and a drug test.
- Tell me about a time when you experienced a specific situation.
Mobility Care Associate
They emailed me a job offer the next day, but never discussed my schedule. When I called them, no response? They emailed me late Wednesday evening and wanted an answer within 15 hours? This seemed very odd to me. My gut tells me I dodge a bullet. If they rush you to a decision, you have to ask yourself why? I wish them the best.
- What do you do in your spare time?
