We had two in-person panel interviews, each lasting about an hour. Each panel had 2-3 people from different digital marketing areas, and they were all there at the same time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It wasn't a super technical interview, more of a chat about what tech you know. The manager spent a good chunk of time selling the company and giving a high-level overview, which was cool. Make sure you're ready to talk about the industry, especially CMS, as that's a big part of their work. If you got the interview, you probably have the experience, but it's good to brush up on everything, particularly WordPress. They really made me feel like part of the team, and I actually expected an offer after the interview. But, it's a bummer that three weeks later I'm just getting the run around from HR. I would have loved to work there.

Presentation

It was a very challenging interview process. I had to prepare and deliver a presentation about a really complex process, and I didn't have much, if any, prior knowledge of the industry. It's a highly specialized field. Even after doing a lot of research, I still felt unprepared for the presentation.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I started with a test they sent over in an email, then 2 rounds of phone interviews, first with HR, second with supervisor and team. Final round is in-person where we reviewed the test and some additional questions. After the interview, they gave me a tour, showed where each department is.
