Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mindshare.
Programmatic Manager
The interview process was pretty similar to other media agency interviews. It started with a conversational and competency questions round, and then the final round was a task. The task involved responding to a brief with a PowerPoint presentation that must include a media plan.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with someone?
Programmatic Manager
It was a standard interview process, I just went through two rounds where they asked behavioral and technical questions. They got back to me with an offer pretty fast. The technical questions were related to the field.
- What's your approach to teamwork?
Paid Search Specialist
It was a phone call interview and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager and hiring director. The whole process was pretty bad. The HR person was also the receptionist and seemed to have no clue about how the process should go. The hiring manager was also very inexperienced and unprofessional.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Mindshare?
