The HR was unprofessional. I had two interviews and she never got back to me. I emailed her three different occasions with a week gap in between. It’s nice to be notified regardless of the outcome. It’s her literal job to reach out you regarding your application status.

I had a chat with two people who were nice and professional. It was a friendly vibe. They asked the usual stuff. We went into detail about my work history, what I did, the accounts I worked on, my skills, and qualifications. They also asked what I knew about the agency. There were some 'what would you do' and 'tell me about a time when' type questions. I had a quick math test before all this. My advice is to know what they're looking for and brush up on your experience.

I got referred by a friend who works at MindShare. After she sent in my resume, I received a quick call to come in for an interview. I was a bit taken aback since I don't have media experience, but I was enthusiastic because I'd heard great things about the company and its culture. The office is very open and casual, with a youthful vibe. About two weeks later, I went to the office to meet with potential teammates. A couple of things to note: after setting up my interview, I got an email with a link to apply online, which led to their general job postings. So, I didn't know the specific team I was interviewing for until I arrived. Also, for what was considered a 'final' interview, I met with fewer people than I anticipated. Another acquaintance who works there mentioned that people typically meet with more interviewers. I'm unsure if this was due to the urgent need to fill the position or another reason. I got an offer less than a week later but had a tight deadline to accept or reject it. I declined because I wasn't ready to commit so quickly without considering other factors and potential offers.
