The interview process was fine and went smoothly for the internship position. The person who interviewed me was nice and friendly. The person who contacted me about the interview was also nice, friendly, and easy to talk to.

First I had to send in a 1-slide powerpoint about why I wanted to work in media. Then I went to an assessment centre. This had an interview, psychometric test, maths test, and a group activity. For the group activity, we got a brief and had to come up with an answer in an hour and then present it to the managers. There was also a talk from the CEO and other sessions to show what it's like to work at Mindshare. After that, I had a second interview.

This was the shortest and worst interview I've ever had, it lasted only 7 minutes. I prepared and researched the company, and arranged my day to come to the office, but the HR person was not polite. She said the conversation would take 30 minutes, but it was way shorter. Worst experience.
