I had a phone screening where they talked about the job and asked about my background. Then, I had a first interview on MS Teams with the Manager and a colleague, followed by a second interview at the office.

I went through a staffing agency and the whole process was very quick, taking less than a week. First, I met with the Director of HR, who was really nice, and then I met the person I'd be reporting to. The dress code was business casual, which made things pretty relaxed, and I think that helped me do my best. I also got a clear picture of what the job entails and the work environment because both the Director of HR and my future supervisor knew a lot about the company, its culture, and the type of person they wanted to hire for their team.
