Applied on LinkedIn, got an email from a recruiter later that day and connected with her on the phone the next day. Came in for an in-person interview 3 days later, spoke with 3 Assoc. Directors on the team. 2 Days after that, spoke with the hiring manager on the phone. Then radio silence for 3 weeks after following up with both recruiter and hiring manager. Pretty unprofessional to not update the candidate when they reach out, even if it's "sorry you weren't fit" or "we're in a holding-pattern for hiring for this position", especially when told by the last interviewer that I'd have a yes-no by the end of the week (4 days after in person). Still haven't heard, but going to safely assume this was a no-offer.

Behavioral Presentation

It was like a speed-dating session, for 3 hours. Each interviewer had a different set of questions to ask us, and we were all in one of the lunch rooms on the lobby floor and interviewers would rotate around us. It took a couple months to hear back that I was being offered for a job. I had to decide between two different accounts, without being presented information on what either would be like. I also was not offered to meet with either account to meet with them 1:1, which I think would have made for a happier transition for everyone in the long run.

The process was pretty simple. Since I was already at the level I was interviewing for, I skipped the phone screening and went directly to an in-person interview. I met with two Assistant Managing Directors (AMD) who mostly asked about my past experience, projects, and my interest in working at MindShare. It was a very conversational and relaxed meeting.
