I got an email to set up an interview and went to the office to meet with someone. We talked for about 30 minutes, it was just the two of us. He was pretty rude and asked me about stuff from the job description. After he was kind of yelling at me for like 10 minutes, I was wondering why he even set up the interview with me. It seemed like he didn't like me, so why did he email me and offer me the interview in the first place?

The interview process took a long time, about three months and had several steps. There were two phone interviews and then one in-person interview that lasted half a day at the office. I met with different team members and directors during the in-person interview. They compensated my travel costs.
