The interview process was smooth, transparent, and well-communicated. The recruitment team kept me updated from the application to the follow-up. Communication was prompt, professional, and friendly, making the process feel low-stress. Steps were clearly outlined, and there were no surprises. It was a great experience and showed how organized and thoughtful the team is. The process included a phone call with the recruiter who found me on LinkedIn, a video call with the Hiring Manager, a video call with a Collaborative Manager, and a video call with People Ops.

There were lots of interviews, starting from basic and getting more difficult as I went along. They focused on my experience and how I'd handle different workplace situations. Some interviews were remote. I met with people from all levels of the company, from the c-suite and higher-ups to the outreach team's leads and management.

Applied and got a call the next day. Initial phone screen was super laidback and easy going. Was offered interview with hiring manager 2 days from the phone screen but declined due to the astronomical caseload of 90 patients you'd be expected to meet with per week. PER WEEK. 18 half-hour sessions per day. In other words, you're working about 9 hours a day if you worked straight through, back-to-back sessions with no lunch or break. Didn't sound so bad at first and the salary had really peaked my interest but the more I thought about it the more it seems mental health is being factory farmed here. Sad. Cool idea, but obviously promoting quantity over quality.

I had a really good experience with Mindoula's recruiting and interview process for the Population Health team role. It all happened pretty fast, taking about 3 weeks from the first call to getting the offer. The recruiter was super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. Everyone I interviewed with was nice and seemed ready for our chats. It was also cool that everyone seemed really passionate about their work there, which is always a good sign!
