I had 5 interactions over a three-week period with various senior people including the President of the business. Initially these were on the phone or on Skype, but then I was then asked to attend a face-to-face interview at the London office. Next came an invitation to deliver a section of one of their 'workouts' to a group of current employees and have further skype meetings with the President and the role's opposite number in New York. I have honestly never experienced a business give such a positive impression of its brand throughout the interview process. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. I actually really enjoyed it, even though it was extremely thorough and pretty tough!

We started with a skype call and then I was asked to create a video of a coaching session about a specific topic, including notes and instructions. It was a good and hands-on process overall.

The interview process felt disorganized and the communication was pretty unprofessional. After I did an initial interview, they said I'd get a follow-up, but then the recruiter just vanished. It was really unprofessional, especially for a company that talks a lot about valuing people. If this happened to you too, you're not the only one.
