The whole thing took 3.5 months. It was super tough to get in touch with the recruiter and actually schedule interviews. I had to chase them up after each one for like 2 weeks. It was the longest interview process I've ever been through.

I did an HR screening, which was basically just getting info about the company and asking me some basic background questions. Then I had another interview with the marketing leader that dug deeper into my leadership style and background. Both calls were good and the interviewers were engaging and friendly.

I had 2 interviews with MindGruve starting last week of May through 1st week of June. The interviews (1st with Group Analytics Director & second with Associate Analytics Director) after which I was given an assessment to perform while opening dialogue with HR Director. Negotiations were done, assessment was accepted & they offered me a mid-level role based on my response to the assessment, showing me they appreciate my skillset. I accepted the offer on July 18th & was set to onboard with just one issue, my EAD authorisation was taking a bit longer than expected. My initial starting date: July 1, 2022. 1. I asked them for an extension on my joining date which they stalled. 2. My EAD approval got delayed by just 8 days (July 8, 2022) they pressed on me receiving the card in hand before they comment on starting day extension. Also, on email it is claimed that AAD is on vacation until July 11th after which HR went on vacation until July 18th. 3. My EAD card reaches my hands July 16, 2022. I inform them, they don’t reply for a week. 4. On July 22, 2022, I press on informing me what is going on reassuring that I have been legally eligible to work for the past 16 days & could have started working. 5. On July 25, 2022, HR responded saying they have put the position on hold for now. They will get back to me in case the position opens again. Sorry but this is due to internal changes.

I had two interviews with Mindgruve. First was with the Director of PM, and then the second time with the COO and PM Director again. I thought it went pretty well and they asked for references and my salary expectations after the 2nd interview... but then I NEVER heard back from them. I followed up twice and literally not a word from them. It was really unprofessional and weird, especially considering the senior-level of employees I interviewed with. This agency clearly lacks integrity and professionalism.
