Infusion RN
I went through an interview for an infusion RN position. It seemed promising initially, and they said a second interview would be scheduled. However, nothing was scheduled. When I followed up via email, there was no response. Online reviews suggest management might not be performing well.
- What's the hardest part about being a ketamine infusion nurse?
Patient Care Technician
So, for the Patient Care Technician job, I had two interviews. The first one was with a remote HR person. She was super nice and professional, and it was like a standard phone screening where she asked about my background and what I wanted in a job. It felt good, like she was actually interested. But the second interview at the Fairfield office was a whole different story. The two directors/managers seemed really judgmental and unprofessional from the get-go. One was even texting while I was talking and asking questions, which was incredibly rude and a major red flag for me. They asked basic stuff like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'What skills do you bring?', and 'Team or alone?'. I answered fine, but when I asked them questions, they seemed totally unprepared. I asked about work-life balance, and one just mumbled about yearly reviews and incentives, which didn't help. Plus, I found out the job involves going to all three clinics, which sounds like a lot. After that, they totally ghosted me, no follow-up at all. It really left me with a bad feeling about the company because of the unprofessionalism and lack of clear answers.
- What abilities would you contribute to the organization?
- What skills do you bring to the company?
- Do you work better in a team or alone?
Patient Care Coordinator
Had a good phone interview with HR who was nice and responsive at first. She set up an interview with someone from the company. After that interview, things went south. The interviewer said it went well and HR would reach out, but they never did. I emailed the HR person I spoke to, and she said she'd look into it and get back to me, then ghosted. A simple rejection would've been better than being ignored.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
- What would you do if a patient couldn't afford the care they require?
Operations Director
I met in person first with the CEO. Came back another day for another round with Medical Director and head of HR. Was also supposed to meet with IT but they were unavailable that day. I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to some of the technicians, everyone seemed content and the office was pleasant and professional.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with a colleague?
- Could you please state your motivation for seeking new employment?
