I went through 3 rounds of interviews, totaling nine separate interviews over 11 days. One interview was on the phone, and the rest were via Zoom or Teams. Everyone was really nice, answered my questions, and the conversations were smooth. However, my experience was negative because I felt rushed. They kept saying they loved me and would make an offer. Two weeks after the final interview, where I was again told I'd get an offer, I followed up. I was then told they were considering me for a lower position than I applied for and were working on a timeline. I get an email monthly saying my candidacy is still being considered, but no offer has materialized. It felt like the role I interviewed for wasn't actually open.

The interview starts with an HR meet, followed by two tests: one for analytical skills and another for attention to detail. Then, there's a writing test where you get a topic and need to be precise. After that, there are three rounds: first with HR asking about yourself, family, and career choice. Next, a manager interview focusing on your personality and genuine interest in the job. Finally, a legal interview assessing your legal knowledge and interpretation skills.

I first spoke with the CEO about managing a new foreign language office, in a 30-minute casual chat where we discussed expectations. I was told I'd manage up to 10 people in my language. Once the office opened, they said business wasn't as expected, and the only role offered was Project Associate on contract. Further talks were with a local supervising attorney by phone/email, and the treatment got worse. By the time a project came up months later, it was clear they didn't respect my skills and offered low pay for the work.

The interview process has two rounds. The first round is with HR, where they asked about my education, resume details, and internships from my LLB. The second round is with the hiring manager, who asked basic contract law questions like the essentials of a contract. Before the actual interviews, there's a screening test that candidates must pass to be selected. This test can be taken online or in the office.
