so basically first they had an online test and after that group discussion and then there was an interview and then after the interview we got the offer letter and the offer letters were distributed on the same day and students have to join the company after the completion of the course.

We kicked things off with an aptitude and technical test covering core engineering stuff. After that, there was a test where you had to come up with solutions for given situations. Finally, there was an interview asking basic engineering questions.

The selection process started with an online test assessing aptitude, problem-solving, and subject knowledge (quantitative, logical, verbal, and technical for electronics, communication, and CS). This was the first filter. Next, shortlisted candidates had a Group Discussion (GD) to evaluate communication, confidence, analysis, and teamwork, discussing current affairs, tech, or social issues. After the GD, candidates went to a Technical Interview focusing on in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving, covering fundamentals, domain knowledge, and practical scenarios. Questions for electronics/communication roles included digital electronics, analog circuits, VLSI, communication systems, microprocessors, and for software roles, programming, data structures, algorithms. Circuit design problems, coding exercises, or case studies were also given. Finally, the Personal Interview (PI) with HR/hiring manager assessed personality, attitude, and cultural fit. Questions covered background, academics, projects, internships, achievements, and behavioral/situational aspects. This round also assessed confidence, communication, adaptability, and learning willingness, and gave candidates a chance to express their motivations and career aspirations. The whole process was a multi-layered evaluation: online test for aptitude, GD for communication/teamwork, technical interview for domain knowledge, and PI for personality/career alignment, aiming to select the best technical and professional candidates.
