Had a couple of interview rounds over zoom, then met with potential supervisors before they made an offer. HR was in continuous email contact, discussing and extending the offer and setting up meetings. We also talked about the cost of living.

It was a one on one interview and they were really personable. They asked me situational questions about working with people who have substance use disorders, mental health diagnoses, and chronic illnesses. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses. It would be helpful to prepare by studying Motivation Interviewing.

The interview process was quite straightforward, likely because they were eager to fill the position. My existing experience and familiarity with similar work environments made it a mutually beneficial match. I felt heard, and I believe I was excessively prepared. Given that I was only being hired for a few hours a week, I'm sure a full-time role would have entailed a more extensive process.

So first there was a phone call to set up a group interview. It was 5-7 candidates and 3 interviewers. We were actually offered positions a couple weeks after the interview and started. Heads up, any call from the company shows up as 000-000-0000 so don't ignore it just because the number is blocked!
