First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mind Games.
Manager
After the first phone screen, I had a chill face-to-face interview. A Skype interview was scheduled but didn't happen because the hiring manager was in town. Then, a few days later, I had a second interview.
- Can you describe your past experience?
- What's your perspective on the product?
- How do you handle work ethics?
Sales Associate
It was a very casual interview, they took me to the back and asked me a couple questions, and then hired me right away. Super simple and easy process. It was a breeze. Didn't sign a contract though.
- What's your approach to upselling a product to a customer?
Store Manager
First, there was a quick pre-screen phone call, which they called an interview, to get to know me and my background. Then, a few days later, they set up a Skype interview with some really basic questions.
- How do you plan to guide your team and boost sales?
- What's the total number of employees you've managed before?
