First, there was a call from HR to chat about your background, skills, and why you're interested in this position. Heads up, they call from a private number so it won't show up on your Caller ID. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. He didn't have his camera on, so I was just talking to a black screen. After that, I never heard back.

I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled a phone interview with Andrew Fitzpatrick, the Senior Operations Manager. After that phone call, I came in for an in-person interview with him, Eva Rivera (Operations Manager), and Larry Centanni (Operations Manager). Each of these interviews were about 30 minutes long, and the managers asked questions and then shared their personal opinions and stories which helped me get a better feel for the job I was applying for.

Had two phone interviews that were 30 minutes each. Then, I had an in-person interview with the director of quality, a quality analyst, and the training coordinator. Each of those conversations lasted 30 minutes. So, in total, there were 5 interviews. Interestingly, everyone asked pretty much the same questions, with hardly any changes between them. They were pretty basic interview questions.
