It was pretty simple, nothing tricky. I had 4 interviews total. They mainly asked about my past experience, why I'm looking to leave my current job, and what I'd like to get better at.

So, the interview was set up as 4 separate 30-minute interviews, with a different person each time. Honestly, the whole process was a mess and pretty disappointing, even though the interviewers themselves were super nice. There weren't any technical questions at all. The first interviewer showed up 15 minutes late, and mentioned they'd only just been told about the interview that morning. Then, the third interviewer wasn't even there, so I was sent back to the waiting room for 45 minutes until the next person arrived, who was also 15 minutes late. Everyone was friendly, but the complete disorganization made it clear this probably wasn't a great place to work, so I turned down the offer.

I spoke with three people: the manager, someone who does the job, and another company rep. Only the person in the role had me onsite, but there was no office tour. They didn't ask standard interview questions. The company rep really emphasized they hire for personality, but didn't really ask questions to check that. They also talked about needing good relationships with hospital nurses, but called them 'catty' and 'lazy,' which was weird and didn't make the company culture look good. They did say anyone could be trained for the job. If you're interested, I'd still suggest applying, even without experience.

So I applied for the Customer Service Rep job online about two weeks ago and yesterday I got an email saying my resume was shortlisted. It's a remote position and they told me to message the recruiter on Google Hangouts from a mimedxonline.com email address. After some general interview questions, they told me to wait about 40 minutes while they checked with HR. An hour later, they offered me the job via Google Hangouts and sent a job offer email. The next day, I had to join Google Hangouts again for 'pre-training' which involved more questions about customer service and data entry. Then I got an email with the 'results' and they said they'd send money for home office supplies and to deduct $250 as a 'sign-on bonus.' The recruiter asked me to email my bank account details to send the money for a MacBook, printer, etc. When I said I wasn't comfortable emailing that and asked about payroll companies, they stopped responding. Avoid this job posting, it's a scam, even though it's on LinkedIn.
