First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Milwaukee Tool.
Engineering Intern
It started with a mini interview at the Job fair, then a Phone call, and then a circuit analysis interview. It wasn't technical until the final round. The first two were easy to get past.
- Could you solve this circuit and explain its functionality to me?
- Can you explain Ohm’s Law, KVL/KCL, and node/mesh analysis?
- How would you describe inverting/non-inverting Op-Amp configurations using ideal assumptions?
Engineering Intern
It was a standard interview. First, there was a ten-minute chat with HR, and then a twenty-minute discussion with the hiring manager. They asked about my coursework and hobbies outside of school. After that, the manager told me more about the job and the company.
- Tell me about the courses you're taking right now, and which one is your favorite and least favorite?
Engineering Intern
Felt like a conversation - it was a simple behavioral interview first round. My interviewer was a technical engineer, not HR. It wasn't clear if he was the hiring manager or just an employee, but he was very nice and casual. Good experience overall.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your projects?
