Teacher

- What made you decide to go into teaching?
Teacher
The interview process was lengthy, but overall good. It provided opportunities to share my experience and ask questions specific to the position I applied for. I'm hoping to stay long-term. The team of interviewers was exciting, though the paperwork was a bit more tedious than usual.
- In what ways do you differ from other applicants?
Teacher

It's really structured and you don't get much time for your own questions because of how long it takes to answer the 10 set questions. The questions are standard and can be answered with stories, but using solid data will help you stand out.
- What's your approach to talking with families about academic and behavioral issues in the classroom, and what has been successful in your experience?
