Had a Director interview over the phone, then some online tests (verbal, abstract, math). After that, there was a panel interview with 3 people, including the MD, and then 2 more interviews in London with the group. They asked general questions about the role and what I was doing currently. They wanted to know what I would do and how I'd make a difference. It was pretty straightforward. They also asked about my current role to see how it stacked up against the new one. The whole thing was painless but did take a while.

The process was quite confusing. It began with a recruiter reaching out via email and then calling me from Dubai for a role based in Luxembourg. I actually had two different recruiters call me at different times and ask the same questions, which suggested a lack of internal coordination. Following that, I interviewed with four different executives, all from various nationalities, who were very professional. Although it was a lengthy process overall, it was quite interesting.
