Product Manager
The interview process was pretty thorough but ran smoothly. It involved a phone screen, then a few virtual chats with product leaders, and finished with an on-site interview. The talks were pretty casual, mostly about how I think and approach issues, not really any curveballs. The last round included meeting several team members and getting a tour, which gave a good feel for the company culture and what the daily work is like. It felt like they were looking for someone who'd be a good long-term fit, not just going through the motions. They communicated clearly, but the timelines did drag a bit.

Program Manager
Went through an aptitude test then an in-person interview. The interview covered my past experience and company opportunities. The interviewers were engaged and knowledgeable about my past experiences and CV. I got feedback on the interview quickly (I succeeded) and there was a clean process to on-board ahead of starting.
- What skills from your past experience are relevant to MillerKnoll?
Technical Support Specialist
The interview process was pretty straight forward and consisted of 2 stages. First I spoke with the manager, and then I had an onsite interview with the leadership team. After the second interview, I received an offer and accepted it. The company has awesome people, and the onboarding process was quick and easy.
- What is more important: customer service or technical skill?
Product Developer
The interview was pleasant. The recruiter was really nice and was chasing me quite a bit, but then completely ghosted me after the interview. There was no feedback, no follow-ups, nothing. It went from chasing me to zero communication. I have no idea what happened. If the interview went badly, I would have expected feedback. I believe I still show as a candidate in the system months later...
