Caixeiro/Ajudante

Production Assistant
Manager of the area conducted an interview with medium difficulty. Dexterity and agility tests for the relevant functions were done. There was also a text interpretation and Portuguese test. Basic math was tested. The whole process is very fast and calculating math problems in your head is not allowed.
- How do you plan to contribute to the company's growth?
Hostess
So I had 3 interviews total. The first two were with managers, and the last one was with the GM. Honestly, I thought it was a bit much since the first manager seemed to be the main person for this role. Anyway, the first interview was pretty chill, they just asked about my past jobs and what I did. The second interviewer wanted to know why I was interested in Miller's. The third one was more about getting to know me, my availability, and they explained the job itself. I got the offer right then and there and was told to come in for orientation the next day. I feel like if you make it to the second interview, you've got a pretty good shot at getting the job. It seems like a cool place to work, and I'm really looking forward to it!
- What makes you want to join Miller's?
Host
I had two interviews for the Host position. During the second interview, the manager told me I'd have to remove my nose stud to be hired and interrupted me throughout the interview. The pay is $4.75/hour plus tips, which is below minimum wage, because the role involves bussing tables and other tasks as assigned.
