Started with HR and hiring manager chats, then technical interviews. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The HR part was basically checking my availability and if I lined up with the job description. The manager interview was a bit technical, talking with the manager. The technical interviews happened on-site, and they mostly asked about my past work or projects.

It was a really structured process but still felt nice. An HR intern first reached out to schedule a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with the controller, the accounting manager, and the HR intern. They called me back for a third interview where it was the same people plus the GM and two others from different departments. It was a cool experience to learn from and the employees were super nice and professional. I spent days practicing questions and they asked a lot of the ones I prepared for. Definitely study the company and the job description details. Most importantly, just be yourself!

The interview process did take awhile. I applied in Feb and did not get an offer until May. The first interview was about 30 min over the phone, the second interview was in person and took 4 hours with panel of 9 people including management, HR and software developers/engineers, the third interview was about 2 hours and consisted of more questions, a test and a tour of the building

I had a phone interview first, and then an in-person one. The first couple of interviewers were pretty chill when they asked stuff. But then I was with two other people who kept flipping through a list from HR and asking questions from it, which was kinda stressful.
