The initial 1:1 interview was pretty standard. Since I did well, they then had me take an online test to gauge my strengths and see how I'd fit with the team. When I asked if it was like the Myers-Briggs, they said it was similar. I took the test, which was supposed to take 30 minutes. After the personality section, I was surprised to face word problems, then spatial reasoning, visual/perceptual skills, logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and verbal intelligence. It felt like an IQ test rather than just a personality assessment.

I put in my application on the company's site and then got a quick call from the recruiter. After that, I had to do an assessment which had some personality questions, some "best/worst" scenario choices, and some math and reading questions. Then I had a phone interview with the Director of Client Services, followed by an in-person meeting with them. They made me an offer just 3 days after our face-to-face meeting. They told me about the salary and bonuses on that first recruiter call. The recruiter kept me in the loop the whole time and I really felt like they wanted to know how things were going from my perspective.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very unprofessional and not at all what they claim their training is like. It started with a one-sided recruiter call in Chicago where they talked a lot about their corporate strategy. Then there was an online testing session. This was followed by a very short and informal phone call with the local manager. Everything seemed positive and I was told the next step would be soon. However, nothing happened. I tried emailing and calling both the recruiter and the manager for two weeks, but they completely ignored me. When I called the office directly, the staff were very rude. I noticed the same role is now advertised again with a different, lower-paying job title. I'm sure they won't be getting my business in the future, considering I could be a major client.

The interview process was pretty standard. Lots of questions, but nothing too wild. Definitely do your homework on the company before you chat. It kicked off with a 30-minute recruiter phone screening. They mentioned they'd discuss internally afterward before getting back to you with next steps or to let you know if it didn't work out.
