It was a total waste of time. I've been interviewed a couple of times but the results were shocking both times. My interview went really well, but I never got a call back. The HR team themselves don't seem to know what they're looking for.

I had an initial chat with HR to set up the interview schedule based on when I'm free. Then I went through two online interviews. The first was with the group manager, and the second was with the team manager. Each manager and I talked for about half an hour, discussing my past work.
