Applied online and filled out a personality quiz with videos explaining the company culture. Had a few Zoom interviews. First was a phone call, then a video interview. The whole thing took about two weeks.

The interview process was terrible. They rescheduled my interview last minute, and I agreed to it. After that, I never heard back from them, so I followed up. No response. They ghosted me after I already spoke with the recruiter. It's rude and unprofessional, especially since they actually talked to me. It would be one thing if I just applied and got rejected, but this is way worse. It makes the company look bad.

It was a great interview process that I feel everybody took seriously. There were great questions and conversation had that not only informed me of the job, but showcased the culture of the store, which is exciting. I’m very happy to be starting soon.

I had a meeting that lasted an hour and a half with the district manager and a store manager. They made the atmosphere comfortable, not like a typical interrogation. We just talked about the job, my past experience, and my background. It was a really nice, relaxed, and direct conversation.
