This was a weird interview process. I had 3 interviews. The second one involved making 2 mock cold calls, saying I'd follow up later in the week, and then the interviewer would say they'd reach out. After all that, they told me there was a pause on all sales roles, which is strange since they posted the job. They should have been more upfront.

I reached out to a contact at the company after a friend suggested it. She initially wasn't interested because she thought I'd want more money, but after I followed up, she agreed to an in-person interview. The interview itself went fine, and I got positive feedback, even though she was really unprofessional and foul-mouthed. I sent a thank-you note that day. About a week later, I got an assignment to write a sample blog post, which I finished early. I never heard back. It's been over two months, and I've followed up twice. She ignored my first follow-up about three weeks later asking about my work, and my second follow-up earlier this week asking about reimbursement for my travel expenses was also ignored. The company, Millennium Systems International, has been incredibly rude and inconsiderate throughout this whole process, especially after I invested so much time and money.
