I met with the Operations manager in the hotel dining room. He had my resume and a list of questions. We talked about why I'm interested in the job, challenges I might face, difficult guests I've dealt with, and how I handle working under pressure.

The interview process kicked off with a phone screening, followed by a video call on Teams. Things moved pretty quickly and felt fairly straightforward. The final interview was in-person at a hotel, with both the HR manager and the hotel manager present. I didn't get a great vibe from the hotel manager, they didn't make eye contact and seemed disengaged.
