First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Millennium Corporation.
System Tester
So during my interview, they asked me about my approach as a system tester. There was also a leadership scenario question about a team member who was underperforming. And they really focused on getting certifications like Scrum, which was weird because the interviewer, who's the supervisor, only got their certifications recently, like in the last six months, and didn't have them when they started.
- How would you deal with a coworker who is causing issues and not contributing to the team's work?
Software Engineer Intern
Had a phone interview where they asked some basic questions. Then a 30 minute technical interview over Microsoft Teams. They also asked some questions about my past experience and whether I prefer front-end or back-end work. Got an offer the same day.
- Can you write a function to check if a string is a palindrome?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- Would you rather work on front-end or back-end development?
Analyst
The interview process was good. They told me about the job needs, what I'd need to do, the company culture, and what they expect for the job and the team. There was one interview and then I got an offer.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What accomplishments are you most proud of?
- What are your career aspirations and future goals?
Proposal Manager
It was a quick and pleasant interview process, finishing in under 3 weeks. Everyone was polite and professional. It involved several stages with relevant questions and an accurate depiction of the role. The interviews felt like peer discussions, which sped things up and avoided multiple trips. The panel gave a clear picture of the job, its challenges, and potential for career growth.
- Can you share your vision for your future career path?
- What are your current priorities?
