First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Milhaus.
Transition Specialist
The interview was quick and straightforward, with limited information provided about the specific expectations of the role. However, I spoke with a very experienced manager and discussed pay and benefits. The location and apartment prices were also good.
- Tell me about your greatest achievement.
Senior Vice President Operations
I went through the interview process during COVID, but Milhaus really utilized technology to help me feel comfortable and understand the company culture and vibe. Since it was for a leadership role, I met with about 15 people – some were my peers, some would report to me, and some I would report to. It was a really comprehensive and great process.
- How would you describe your leadership style?
Legal Administrative Assistant
I was first contacted via LinkedIn, then had a quick phone chat with the recruiter about the job. After that, I did an assessment test and set up a phone call with HR and the department manager. The last step was an in-person meeting to go over the salary offer and benefits, and then I was ready to start!
- Can you discuss the assessment test results?
- Tell me about your experiences working with a team.
Legal Intern
HR reached out to me via text which was a bit weird, and then there was a screener interview and a zoom call with the legal team. I don't recall if they followed up, as I accepted another offer.
- What makes you want this job?
- Tell me about your background in real estate law.
