First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Milestone Retirement Communities.
Business Manager
It was a pretty relaxed interview process, honestly quite easy. We talked a lot about business processes and what was expected. It was a very open discussion. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I was able to ask questions throughout the interview.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
Certified Nursing Assistant
The hiring and interview process was super easy. Everyone I met was really nice, from the person at the front desk to the interviewer. They asked me questions about the job, and the atmosphere made me feel really comfortable, like I was at home. The hiring part was also a breeze, no problems at all, and I've been with the company for 9 months now.
- What makes you want to work for this organization?
Community Relations Director
I got a call from their regional marketer asking if I was looking for a new opportunity, and since I was, we set up a phone interview. After that, they scheduled me to come into the building where I met with the current CRD who was leaving and the ED. It was a pretty relaxed conversation about why she was moving on and what they were hoping to find in the next person.
- Can you describe your experience?
Business Office Manager
I interviewed with the Executive Director and felt good about that Q&A. About a week later, I got calls from the Regional Director of Operations and two other senior managers in different departments, all asking about my management and bookkeeping experience. This all happened after I'd returned home to Salinas because I was planning to move back to Sonora. I don't think any of them still work there.
- In your opinion, where do you see yourself in the next five years?
